A simple heavy glass tot featuring an engraving from Thorwald’s cross-slab found in Andreas on the Isle of Man. The glass comes in a presentation silk lined box with magnetic clasp fastening. The tot glass is 10cm tall.

Thorwald’s cross-slab in Andreas, Isle of Man, has two carved sides depicting the transition between pagan and Christian beliefs. The image on the tot glass illustrates Christian symbolism of a figure with book, cross, fish and defeated serpent. Thorwald’s cross is one of more than 100 Viking Age carved crosses found in the Isle of Man. It is one of the featured objects chosen for the BBC History of the World through 1000 objects.
